Shipping policy

 

If you are following Tracking for your package, please give it ample time to arrive and for the carrier sites to update their tracking. Make sure your mailbox is not full so your package can be delivered.  Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer in control when the package will arrive.  Plan early, shop early and allow enough time for the shipment to take place. Remember, there are lots of stops along the way for your package and we want you to get it as quickly as possible.

If the tracking says IN TRANSIT, we are seeing the same thing you are and we get the same answers when we call.

IN TRANSIT, ARRIVING LATE- exactly what it says- it is not lost at this point, it is still on the way to you and will be arriving late.  

Delivered to your Mailbox- means it was left in your mailbox- look for it and if you don't have it, FIRST, check with neighbors to see if someone else received your package. SECOND- contact YOUR postal carrier- they are responsible for where they left the package and their tracking. THIRD- contact us to let us know and what steps you have taken and who you spoke to you in your local post office. We are reasonable people and will work with you for a solution, but we are in business as well and can't just assume packages are lost and deem a replacment or refund. 

We reserve the right to only process orders to ship within the United States. We do not accept international orders or requests for shipping.

Ready to Ship Items: All Ready to Ship orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt and we will ship using a tracking number. Most packages will be sent via United States Postal Service. If you wish to have an item sooner, you can contact us at cali@caliraes.com and request an expedited shipping method. You will be charged additional postage for this service, but we can honor this in most cases.

Painted, Customized or Personalized items take a little longer to produce and will ship generally within 10-14 days of receipt of the order, but in most cases, we push our team to get items completed and on their way to you as soon as possible.

By using a shipping method that provides tracking, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been completed and prepared for shipping. We log the tracking number in and you will receive an email that shows the tracking number. You can track the package all the way to your front door. In the event a package is not delivered, we can use the tracking method to locate the package.
